It is certainly unfair, but it seems it was well within their talents and they cared little for right or wrong. Or, for the sake of accuracy now that I have told you what has happened, the Founders of one reality cared little and did the spell. The Founders of this reality never did the spell, it is a case of time splitting when a choice was made. I have been to both realities, as have several others.
